Wavelength Helps Warwick University Students Build Personal Brands

By Wavelength Marketing4th January 2015November 15th, 2016News

It was great to be back at Warwick Manufacturing Group, Warwick University, to deliver our Personal Branding Masterclass for Students. The one-day programme aims to help students define, develop and start to deliver their personal brand in a very supportive, interactive and practical way.

Reflecting on the session, Yashar Shahbazi, an MSc Engineering Business Management student outlines:

‘You would think you know what job would make you happy, but the reality is sometimes you don’t. The Personal Branding Masterclass, with its “out-of-the-box” and interactive approach, really opened my eyes and has subsequently made my career hunting a lot easier. Since the class, I have applied to multiple multinational companies and heard back positively 90% of the time. Darren does a cracking job with this class!’

Commenting on the session, Wavelength’s Darren Coleman notes:

‘The calibre of students at Warwick Manufacturing Group is always very high. It’s a cracking part of Warwick University. This year was no exception. The students were very quick to grasp then apply the knowledge so they could start building their personal brands.  Over the day you could really see the confidence building in the room, which is particularly rewarding to see.’
