BBC Radio Interview: Wavelength Asked to Comment on University of Warwick’s New Logo

By Wavelength Marketing25th April 2015November 15th, 2016News

It was very flattering to be asked by BBC Radio to comment on the University of Warwick’s new logo which has caused quite a stir. Observations, insights and even reference to Madonna’s underwear were made during the interivew.  Blimey. Why not listen to the interview here?

University of Warwick has recently spent £80,000 updating their visual identity. The new logo (see logo to the left) has received something of a mixed response. Around 4,000 Warwick students have signed a petition requesting the new identity not be used. This follows hot on the heels of other University related brand controversies at Kings College London and Loughborough University.

Wavelength’s Darren Coleman was asked to comment on the matter. The full interview can be heard below.
