Brand experiences workshop: The Nottingham University Business School

Sally McKechnie, Professor of Marketing at The University of Nottingham Business School notes:

“Thank you again for your guest lecture today. It is great for the students to be inspired by an alumnus and hear about the type of branding work that you do. Getting hands-on experience of working with your customer journey template will stand them in good stead not only for this module but also for their course!”


Dr. Darren Coleman, who delivered the workshop outlines: 

“It’s so inspiring to spend time with the MSc Marketing students at Nottingham University Business School. The students came up with lots of new ideas on how emotion could be woven into the fabric of brand experiences spanning goods, services, B2B and B2C. The final part of the workshop entailed student groups sharing draft brand experiences – and the standard was very high indeed. This was great to see the students’ progress in such a short period of time.
