Wavelength continues to work with The Edgbaston Priory Club on their member experience

By Wavelength Marketing3rd March 2019June 11th, 2020News

We’re delighted to announce that The Edgbaston Priory Club, one of the UK’s leading racquets and lifestyle members’ clubs, has decided to work with Wavelength on its member experience – for the fourth year in a row.

As with previous years, the project entails measuring the club’s experience across a number of touchpoints which are then analysed in the context of key performance metrics. The insights derived from the data will shape priorities for the following year and feed into the club’s wider strategic planning processes.

Julie O’Hare, Marketing and Communications Manager, Edgbaston Priory Club, outlines:

“We’ve been delighted with the work Wavelength have completed for us over the years. They adopt a very scientific approach to measuring then advising us on our member experience which is translating into tangible results. We’d like to think our member experience has come a long way over the past three years but this doesn’t mean we’ll rest on our laurels as we work towards our vision of delivering an exceptional membership experience, which promotes racquet sport and well-being. We are keen to improve certain parts of the member experience and I’m confident working with Wavelength will help us to do that.”

Commenting on the project, Wavelength’s Dr. Coleman notes:

“Exclusive members’ clubs such as The Edgbaston Priory Club have extremely high standards. These are shaped by senior management aspirations and the expectations members have of the club. Over the years we have been working with Edgbaston Priory Club we’ve started to see a step-change in how they use data to fine-tune parts of the member experience they deliver and this is paying dividends in a number of ways. We look forward to working with Julie, Rob and the rest of the team at Edgbaston Priory Club over the coming months.”
