
ESMA (European Sales and Marketing Association) is the world’s only distributor and manufacturer organisation for fast moving consumer goods. ESMA holds an annual convention for members and this year Wavelength’s Darren Coleman was invited to deliver a keynote in the beautiful capital of Lithuania, Vilnius.
Dr. Coleman’s keynote was titled ‘Innovating through brand experiences: The secret lies in stability’

In October 2022, ESMA International Network hosted it’s 44th Business Convention in the beautiful City of Vilnius, Lithuania where 147 delegates were in attendance from 27 Countries across the World.
Dr. Darren Coleman was invited as one of our Key Speakers where he covered the subject “Innovating through brand experiences: The secret lies in stability”.
Darren and his thought-provoking subject was very well received by our audience, this was noted by the high level of interruption Darren received through questions been posed about the many of areas of interest to our audience.
Commenting on the convention, Darren notes:
“We’re living in turbulent times and things don’t look as if they will settle in the foreseeable future. Brands continuously look to innovate to drive growth by focusing on what’s new. But how can you innovate when it’s hard to know what type of world you’ll be innovating for?
My keynote helped ESMA members address this challenge by outlining some surprisingly stable elements of human behaviour which can provide the foundation for innovation shaped around brand experiences.”
