It’s always a delight to deliver sessions for the fine folks at the Nottingham of University Business School. This online session helped their MSc Marketing students understand the principles of building emotionally-charged brand experiences.

We tackled the topic in three steps: exploring the neuroscience of emotion, understanding the importance of brand experiences and actually building brand experiences. The tangible output was draft customer journey maps produced by each group.
