Wavelength Delivers Segmentation Workshop at MENA Bancassurance in Dubai

At the recently held Bancassurance Summit in Dubai, UAE (17th-19th February 2014) Wavelength was invited to deliver a half-day post conference seminar on segmentation in the Bancassurance Market to executives from across the MENA region.

The group comprised of 18 senior executives who were responsible for strategy and growing business value at their organisations in the Middle East and North Africa. Delegates spanned both banking and insurance sectors with organisations such as SABB (Saudi British Bank) and Oman Insurance Company being in attendance.

The day of more focused seminars followed a two day conference which drew leading executives from across the Middle East and North African region.

Darren Coleman, who delivered the segmentation session on behalf of Wavelength notes:

“It is always a privilege to be invited to run sessions with senior executives.  They are busy people so expect you to deliver value for their time.  I was particularly impressed with their efforts given most had been at the conference for the previous two days.  It was also very interesting to see how, within the space of a very short time delegates moved from competing on price to exploring other sources of more sustainable differentiation.”
