LiMA is Lithuania’s leading marketing association so it was a pleasure to be invited back to deliver our “Delivering Brand-Driven Growth” course, online. Delivered over four weeks, each three-hour session shares practical advice on how organisations can build then use a brand platform to drive growth in new and/or existing markets.

One of the trainings I can remember. Feeling challenged and inspired! Thanks, Darren! And by the way, how did you manage to keep us engaged through zoom? I wouldn’t tell It’s possible before this training.

Some of the participants get into the Christmas spirit.

Delivering Brand-Driven Growth challenges participants to revisit their business model and become more focused on building brands vs. making physical goods. Doing this represents a step change for organisations in terms of moving up the value chain.  

It’s not always easy to embrace such a different way of thinking but I was delighted with the progress they made and how receptive they were to the ideas I put across. In the final session some fantastic ideas were taking root which have the potential to deliver real commercial value.
