If someone works in the events industry it’s highly likely they’d attend IBTM World or will have attended at some point. It’s a huge event for the events industry. This was the first in-person keynote I have delivered for about two years. It was great to be back at a live event, experimenting with some new interactive tools – which I’m glad to say the audience responded to.
A lot of brands talk about competing through experiences but struggle to connect their brand and experience. They’re missing a trick here and this was a key point my keynote made.
