Understanding your target customer: Online workshop for the University of Nottingham (Full-Time MBA)

This online workshop shared practical tools and templates which enabled the mighty fine folks on the University of Nottingham’s Full-Time MBA to understand their target customer in actionable ways.

The three-hour session looked at the importance of customer personas, big data, emotion and jobs to be done thinking. Developing a rounded and robust understanding of a brand’s target customer was the key takeaway.

I would like to say thank you for providing practical and tangible lecture which I was able to relate to my work experience. I worked as a Marketer for many years including film industry and retail (fashion). I used Persona for our brand but never was able to comprehend the essence of it so it was such a insightful class.
