FUJIFILM recently acquired Hitachi’s Diagnostic Imaging-related business to accelerate the growth of its healthcare business. This creates several opportunities for growth but it also brings some challenges. Engaging and aligning all employees with the brand and delivering brand experiences at scale are possible challenges.
