Wavelength Delivers Brand Experience Insight for Edgbaston Priory Club

For the second year running we’ve been invited to help the prestigious Edgbaston Priory Club measure its brand experience. Edgbaston Priory Club is Birmingham’s premier private members’ tennis, squash and leisure club, with over 130 years of heritage, so it was a real privilege to be invited back.
Commenting on the project, Wavelength’s Darren Coleman notes:

“Last year we worked very closely with the Edgbaston Priory Club management team to take baseline measures that covered the whole experience. These were obtained from a number of internal workshops, focus groups and management consultation sessions to ensure the key issues had been identified before being validated quantitatively via an online survey. This year we’ve been invited to re-measure the brand experience as the basis for subsequent brand experience advice.

“When you walk into Edgbaston Priory Club and see the facilities the immediate impression is ‘how can this be improved?’ It’s a wonderful place that few, if any, other sports and leisure clubs in the UK can match. However, the Edgbaston Priory Club management team are always looking for ways to enhance the experience, so we’re looking forward to working with them again.”
